    She has served on national, regional and local boards of directors and
    advisory councils.  She is a former Public Policy Fellow of the Joseph
    P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation.  She has devoted more than 25 years to
    advocacy on behalf of people with disabilities and represented many
    of their families.
